Conditions that must be met by individuals or companies in order to become PbxTools Parners:
- own a public presentation website related to a telecommunication business
- add at least a brief description of the PbxTools product and provide an approved link to out website
- offer full technical support to the customer for all licensed sold by them

- a company presentation and link page from our directory
- priority technical support using email, chat, forum and telephone for one designated person/company
- access to extended knowledge base, including PBX installations manuals, programming software (over 3 GB)
- access to marketing materials and the right to customize them.
- special prices with discounts up to 60%
[edit] Electronic license ordering and delivery
Partners gain access to out licensing administration area where they can:
- order (generate) new licenses for clients and deliver them by email
- administer sold licenses
- see account history
- modify your data that is apearing on the license sold by you.
You can try to login to http://www.pbxtools.com/reseller/ using user demo and password demo to see the end-user price list. There is a end-user price list, but you can resell the products at any price.

Any partner can order a credit package from the following offers:

The unused remaining account credit will expire one year after the the last credit order. So if you order order a new package you'll automatically increase the expiration date with up to one year.
[edit] Partner ordering, invoicing and payment
- Orders can be made by email to office at pbxtools.com and payment via PayPal or wire-transfer.
- The amount invoiced is subject to VAT taxation like:
- Partners from European Union (except Romania) are subject to IntraCom VAT regulations and they must provide their VAT ID.
- Romanian partners will be invoiced 19% VAT taxes.
- All other partners will not pay VAT.
