From Call Accounting Wiki

How to add support for an unsupported PBX model?

First configure the PBX model to send data and choose an random pbx from the list, like: Panasonic KX-T308. Wait to receive some calls. The data received from the PBX unit is stored in a fine named: monitor.port that is located at: c:\program files\pbxtools\

If this file contains any data please sent it to us with information about your pbx like: manufacturer, model, version, bios software version. Email it to: support team using online form or email address specified in the application.

We are going to add support for it as soon as posible ONLY if you provide us full identification information: producer, model, version/release and optionaly the SMDR settings made to the pbx.

The SysTray is the are located near the clock where are little icons of the resident applications. The PbxMon icon can also be replaced by an warning icon if you didn't receive any data from the pbx in the last 5 minutes.
